    At Culinary Creations � in Hillsborough, chef/proprietor Andrew Pantano says, "People are going nuts for the sushi class, conducted in his cafe and catering kitchen, Pantano teaches how to make maki rolls, special inside-out rolls, hand rolls, California rolls, and Sashimi. 

    Another popular class at Culinary is mozzarella making. Students learn how to prepare fresh mozzarella, and then how to create dishes that include stuffed mozzarella, stuffed Portobello mushrooms, mozzarella-wrapped shrimp and Caprese salad.
